Cost or feesCalifornia residents do not need to pay for DACA assistance. Qualifying Oakland residents further do not need to pay USCIS DACA fees.
Eligibility description(1) Entered the US before 16 years old, (2) 30 years old or under on June 15, 2012, (3) Living in the US from June 15, 2007 until now, (4) They were in the US on June 15, 2012, (5) Currently in/graduated from high school, (5) No felonies/misdemeanors
