Information Status
The Mental Health Peer Support Project provides paid work experience and skill building. There is an 8-week training in crisis intervention, Social Security benefits, case management, community resources, advocacy, housing issues, goal setting, and statistical reporting. After the training is a 10-week internship that places the participants in mental health agencies.

High school degree or equivalency required,
People with disabilities,
lived experience with the process of recovery from mental illness, substance use disorder, or both; basic Digital Literary Skills and have a working Laptop or Tablet,
