Disability Rights California Office of Clients' Rights Advocacy (OCRA) advises people with disabilities about their legal, civil, and service rights. They can also provide assistance to disabled individuals in obtaining basic support, personal care, therapy, and health care such as In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) and Medi-Cal.
