The Patients' Rights Advocacy Program responds to questions and complaints from patients and residents of psychiatric hospitals or facilities, halfway houses, and care homes who feel their rights have been denied with respect to issues including involuntary detention, medication, rights while hospitalized, least restrictive alternatives, and conservatorship.
