New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) - Immunization Clinics
DOHMH offers free immunizations for children and youth ages 4-18 years. Vaccines are given for flu; diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis; tetanus and diphtheria; hepatitis A; hepatitis B; polio; and more. COVID-19 vaccines are not offered.

Closed for services on the third Tuesday of each month from 8:30am-10:00am for monthly meetings.
