Get housing for individuals and families experiencing homelessness

Ascencia offers permanent supportive housing and services to formerly homeless individuals including those recovering from substance use disorders. Ascencia operates both its own housing programs and refers clients to other providers. Case management services are offered to develop a financial management plan, obtain employment, and maintain permanent housing.
