HOPICS (Homeless Outreach Program Integrated Care System)
Verified InformationHOPICS helps individuals who are homeless or at-risk of becoming homeless. The Access Center has information on housing and behavioral health referrals, case management, benefits assistance, transportation, and employment services. The Home and Family Program helps families with children ages 0-5 get housing and case management. The Rapid Re-Housing Program provides financial assistance for up to 12 months to help individuals find permanent housing.
