Call Monday - Thursday between 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm to complete a phone intake. Leave a call-back number with a desription of your needs and staff will return the call.

Mental Health phone intake hours are Monday to Thursday from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM and walk-in hours are Tuesdays from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM.
