The Conflict Intervention Service (CIS) program uses skilled mediators to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants that can lead to an eviction. CIS provides tenants with guidance and advice informally on the phone but can also arrange a formal, in-person mediation session when needed. The program covers disputes between tenants, and between tenants and landlords.
