Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former), Resident of Marin County, You may be eligible for the MCC if you have current or outstanding lifestyle infractions (camping/sleeping in parks, jaywalking, open container, etc.). Misdemeanors, DUI, or criminal matters are currently not eligible for the Marin Community Court.
