SF Pretrial Diversion Project's In Custody programs provide assistance to justice-involved individuals with enrolling in Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans. This service is only available to existing SF Pretrial clients referred by the Courts.

Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former), Must be an existing client of SF Pretrial Diversion Project, as referred by the Courts. Must not yet be enrolled in the health care enrollment process.
