HOPE Project Mobile Health Clinic provides health services to people in southern and eastern Alameda County experiencing homelessness. Nurse practitioners and physician assistants help with hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, asthma, cold and flu, infections, wound care, STD/HIV testing, birth control, pregnancy tests, and smoking cessation.
