Portuguese Organization for Social Services and Opportunities (POSSO)
POSSO offers seniors a preventive health program including health education and consultations with a multi-lingual social worker and registered nurse. Seniors receive flu vaccines and screening exams (bone density, cholesterol, glaucoma, diabetes, etc.).
