The HandyWorker Program provides minor home repairs to income-qualified households in the unincorporated areas of the Antelope Valley in the 5th Supervisorial District. The program installs ramps, grab bars and elevated toilet seats for immobile or elder residents and minor plumbing and electrical repairs, installation of smoke detectors and window repairs.
