The Advocates for Human Rights is the largest provider in the Upper Midwest of free legal services to asylum seekers. The Advocates assists people at all stages of the asylum process, including helping people apply for asylum and those needing help with an appeal.

Asylum seekers, detained immigrants who may be eligible for release on bond, trafficking survivors applying for T visas, and unaccompanied minors who are detained, seeking asylum, or trafficking survivors.
