Eligibility Requirements
Native American,
Latino,
Immigrant/Refugee,
People with disabilities,
Arab,
Asian Pacific Islander,
Black or African American,
Resident of Long Beach,
Must complete application online. Must meet income requirements based on family size. The home must be owned and occupied for the applicant, and the applicant must intend on remaining in the home at least two years after repairs have been made.
