Eligibility Requirements
Resident of Los Angeles South Bay (including San Pedro, Wilmington, Harbor City, Lomita, Torrance, Harbor Gateway, and Long Beach),
Household income must not exceed the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines. Must be a client of Harbor Interfaith Services.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
State ID, proof of income, proof of residency, verification of family size (birth certificates or social security cards).
