Information Status
SF Paratransit's SF Access program provides low-cost door-to-door, shared van ride paratransit services for people with disabilities. Seniors and people with a disability may also pay for taxis with the Essential Trip Card.

Reservations are accepted seven days a week, between 7 AM and 6 PM. SF Access transit services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

You must be unable to use Muni’s accessible buses, trains, or streetcars some or all of the time, without the aid of another person. In addition, if you are unable to get to and from a bus or Metro stop or station, you may be eligible for paratransit.

$2.50 per one-way trip. Pay 1) on the bus in exact cash, 2) with a Single Ride Ticket purchased in advance, or 3) through the MuniMobile app in advance.
