North Coast Energy Services, Inc. Information Status

NCES offers energy bill assistance programs. The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) provides payment assistance with home energy bills for eligible applicants depending on income, household size, and funding. California Alternate Rates for Energy (CARE) is a discount rate program that gives eligible households a 20% discount on their energy bill.
Eligibility Requirements
Resident of Lake, Mendocino, Napa, Solano, Sonoma, or Yolo County, Applicants must provide household income for the past 30 days, recent utility bills for all energy accounts for the past 30 days, and household member information., Adults (18+)
Documentation Needed to Enroll
1) Most recent utility bill. 2) Shut-Off Notices you've received (if any). 3) Income documents for the last 30 days. 4) Picture ID of person applying.
