The Independent Living Program (ILP) provides financial assistance and services to current and former foster/probation youth.

Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former),
Foster youth (current or former),
In a foster care placement at any time from age 16 - 18; under a legal guardianship with a relative and received KinGAP services between ages 16 - 18; in a Dependency Court granted non-related legal guardianship granted on or after your 8th birthday.,
