Get sector based training for youth 16-24 (Train and Earn)

The Door's Train and Earn program offers 4-week work readiness and sector based training workshops with certifications depending on the program chosen. Programs include Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CMA), Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), Certified Pharmacy Technician, Computer and Network Service Technician, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Security Guard Training program. After completion, participants will have a marketable resume, cover letter, thank-you letter, and a networking profile (LinkedIn). Participants qualify for a 175-hour paid internship and a full year of support services including weekly and monthly check-ins from a Job Placement Specialist and/or Career Advancement Coach to ensure success in the workplace and career aspiration goals.
