"Horrible! The girl who did my intake made me feel horrible! They ask you sensitive questions that I can't imagine are easy for anyone who's been abused to answer. Especially to someone over the phone whos not being nice. She acted like I was taking up her time or something cuz she cut me short like I was annoying her when id answer. I thought about hanging up on her twice cuz I felt abused by her. The last thing someone needs when seeking help is to feel judged. I don't even know if I want to receive services anymore if I have to be treated that way to receive it."
