SCCC in partnership with Seasons of Sharing, Housing Industry Fund and the County-wide Homeless Prevention System, offers emergency rental and utility assistance. SCCC staff work with tenants to asses their eligibility and help complete the applications.

Resident of Morgan Hill, San Martin, and Gilroy,
Must earn under 30% of Area Median Income ($34,861). Other restrictions and limits apply. Must be a renter.
