Child Development Services offers services in California to infants and toddlers who are blind, visually impaired or have multiple disabilities. Services aim to increase children's visual functioning, sensory awareness, communication and social skills.

Eligibility Requirements
Resident of California County,
Infants and toddlers, ages birth to 3, who have vision loss or significant multiple disabilities. Children ages 4 through 6 who meet the same criteria attend quarterly events.,
