The Foreclosure Prevention & Mortgage Relief Program provides foreclosure counseling and mortgage relief to LA County property owners that live in Supervisoral Districts 1, 2 and 3.
Eligibility Requirements
Resident of Los Angeles supervisorial districts 1, 2 and 3 County,
Anyone is eligible for foreclosure counseling. Eligibility guidelines for mortgage relief are as follows: 1) Property is located in a community impacted by COVID-19. 2) Los Angeles city residents not eligible. 3) Property must be owner occupied.
