St. John's provides a complete range of medical services, from routine preventive care to management of chronic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Other services include: primary medical care for all life stages, screening for chronic medical conditions (asthma, diabetes, high blood pressure), podiatry services, weekly fitness and lifestyle management classes, and senior/disability services. Each patient has their own care team and assigned primary care physician.
