Harbor Interfaith Services offers one-on-one case management for clients experiencing homelessness or who are income eligible. Services include referrals for housing, job placement, public benefits, medical services, counseling, and other support services including one-time rental assistance and help with utility costs.

Eligibility Requirements
Resident of Los Angeles South Bay (including San Pedro, Wilmington, Harbor City, Lomita, Torrance, Harbor Gateway, and Long Beach),
Household income must not exceed the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines.
Documentation Needed to Enroll
State ID, income verification, proof of residency, and proof of family size required to receive services.
