Infants and toddlers may be eligible for Early Start Services if they show developmental delay, have an established risk condition or have high risk factors that require early start services.,

Documentation Needed to Enroll
In order to find out if you or your family member is eligible to receive services through ELARC, you will need to complete the Early Start Program Application (for children under age 3).
