The Spahr Center offers individuals help with understanding disability, healthcare, and assistance programs. A Benefits Counselor works with participants to help coordinate their benefits and make decisions about their medical and financial welfare.

Must have an HIV/AIDS diagnosis and monthly income must be less than $3,960.
