The ACCESS program of the San Francisco Superior Court offers free help for evictions. Court staff offer legal information and resources in many languages and can explain your legal options, give you tools to represent yourself in Court, show you how to fill out legal forms, follow court procedures, and find resources or a lawyer. Staff do not offer legal opinions or strategize with you concerning your case.
