Hospice by the Bay's end-of-life hospice care services include: medical and personal care by team members during visits, access to on-call nurses 24 hours a day, seven days a week to answer questions or make an emergency visit, and help in finding around-the-clock caregiver support or other outside resources as needed. Other support includes: pain and symptom management, medical care, counseling, financial planning support from other agencies, and personal care.
