The BASIC Fund provides scholarships for students entering pre-8th grade to attend a private school in the Bay Area of their choice. Program participants are able to stay together as the scholarships apply to all eligible students in a household.

Resident of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano or Sonoma County,
Open to students who are entering private school for the first time, meets admission requirements for the selected school, the student is entering pre-8th grade, and whose family meets income eligibility requirements.,
