LifeMoves Hoptel program provides housing for Veterans traveling to the VA hospital for treatment or medical care. Length of stay is 1-3 days. Case management and transportation assistance to and from the hospital are available. Veterans must be referred to the program by their VA healthcare provider or social worker.
