Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY) Information Status

Fresh Lifelines for Youth provides individual mentors for youth who are on probation in Santa Clara County and Alameda County. The program provides one-on-one support, group recreation and case management to set and achieve personal goals.
Schedule
Mentor and mentee meet weekly for a year.
Eligibility Requirements
Justice involved/incarcerated (current or former), Youth must have a referral. Referrals to the program come from anywhere for youth on probation (i.e. self-referrals, family, community organizations, the Courts, etc.)., Age: 14 – 18
