Queens Public Library supports the National External Diploma Program (NEDP). It offers an alternate route to the HSE diploma, and designed for self-directed individuals with general familiarity with computers. It also offers flexible scheduling.

Eligibility Requirements
Must score a 9.0 level or higher on TABE D Reading and Math. Attend the NEDP program orientation. Pass CASAS diagnostic exam.,
