Information Status
Amanecer's Multidisciplinary Assessment Team provides support for children and youth who are at high risk for out-of-home or foster placement. The team assesses the child’s needs and current living environment, links the child with mental health services, and connects the child with an appropriate family member to avoid foster placement.
