CHDC offers several different down payment assistance programs, either directly or through affiliate organizations, to income-eligible first time home buyers.
Eligibility Requirements
Must be a first-time homebuyer and complete HUD approved 8-hour homebuyer education class. Property must be a single family dwelling, vacant or owner occupied, and a primary residence. Income limits apply.
