Deaf Counseling Advocacy and Referral Agency (DCARA) offers programs for parents, both hearing and Deaf, Deaf/Hard of Hearing or Children of Deaf Adults (CODA) children to address the linguistic and communication needs of the child and family. Programs include Deaf Mentor Program, Club Saturday Family Gatherings, Family Advocacy, and IEP/IFSP Advocacy.
