Napa Valley Culinary Training Academy provides participants with kitchen skills, field trips to food service operations, and one-on-one mentoring provided by industry professionals. Participants develop confidence and dignity and prepare for employment and self-sufficiency. The program welcomes people who have struggled with homelessness and substance abuse.
