The CDI Career Academy provides a Medical Assistant Specialist and Medical Billing & Coding program that provides a pathway to enter the healthcare sector. This is a partnership with the Borough of Manhattan Community College (BMCC/CUNY). This training program introduces students to healthcare, customer service, financial literacy, medical terminology, and work readiness preparation. Followed by an intensive 6-7 month occupational training with BMCC, which includes classroom instruction and an internship.
