City of Dreams provides a mentorship program for individuals to mentor youth. Mentors start as Group mentors to gain experience then transition to one-to-one mentoring thereafter. Mentors spend at least two days a month with their mentee.

Eligibility Requirements
Submit and pass an interview process and a criminal history check. Make a 1-year minimum commitment for group mentors or 2-year minimum commitment for 1:1 mentoring.,
