NACA's workshops are free and introduce income eligible homebuyers to NACA's program, mortgage requirements, and requirements for NACA Qualification.

Eligibility Requirements
No member of the household can have an ownership interest in any other property at the time of closing and must occupy the home over the life of the NACA mortgage. Must participate in 5 NACA activities per year, and be willing to abide by NACA's terms.
