Children's Health Council (CHC) offers a DBT Skills Group for high school teens who struggle with emotion regulation and coping. In 8-week modules, the group focuses on Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Eligibility Requirements
For high school aged teens with emotion regulation issues, past history of self injurious behavior and/or suicidal ideation. Participants must be seeing a regular outpatient therapist outside of group. Must commit to 8 weeks minimum.,
