Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS)
The Wildlife Conservation Society's Project TRUE is a paid urban ecology research and youth development internship for high school sophomores and juniors who live in the Bronx. The program consists of indoor and outdoor activities, mentoring, designing and conducting research, and more. Summer interns are paid a $750 stipend, or $16 an hour if participating through the Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP). Fall interns are paid a stipend of $350.
