New Eyes provides free prescription glasses for children and adults in financial need throughout the United States for households with incomes at or below 250% of Federal Poverty guidelines. Applicants financially affected by COVID-19 may apply without a case manager or social worker, all others must apply through their case manager or social worker online before choosing and receiving the frames and eyeglasses.
