Access bi-lingual and culturally sensitive housing and support services for homeless youth

Information Status

Latin American Youth Center’s (LAYC) Safe Housing programs aim to help homeless youth find safe, stable housing. They offer a variety of services including a drop-in center, transitional housing, permanent supportive housing, and more. Housing programs include independent apartments or family-based placements specializing in young people who are pregnant or parenting, identify as LGBTQ, are recent immigrants, and/or are in or exiting foster care.

Eligibility Requirements

Pregnant, Parents, Latino, Immigrant/Refugee, Experiencing homelessness, Foster youth (current or former), -Cannot be actively using drugs. If so, youth must participate in a treatment program. -Must not be considered a danger to self or others -Must be willing to comply with objectives agreed upon in his/her treatment plan., Youth, Age: 12 – 24
