San Francisco Senior Center (SFSC) hosts a variety of fitness classes for seniors including Zumba, strength training, rowing, dancing, and tai chi.

Monday - Thursday | 9 am - 4 pm |

Friday | 9 am - 3:30 pm |
Saturday - Sunday | 9 am - 12 pm |
Saturday and Sunday: Project Open Hand Meals only. Breakfast at 9 A.M., lunch at 11 A.M.
