The Lawyers in the Library program provides self-represented litigants a free 20-minute one-on-one meeting (via Zoom Meetings) with a volunteer attorney to receive legal guidance, information, assistance in locating appropriate resources, review of completed forms, and referrals to other agencies when appropriate. The program offers assistance with family law, landlord-tenant law, general civil law, employment law, estate planning/probate law, personal injury law, and civil appellate. There is no charge for the service, but participants must pre-register for the program.
