Centro de Desarollo Familiar's parenting class is 14-week, one hour class that focuses on educating parents about child abuse prevention. Parents work on communication skills, behavior modification, coping mechanisms, and setting limits and boundaries.

Must be able to present police report, court documents, or a restraining order. Have been survivors of crimes including but not limited to domestic violence, child abuse, child endangerment, sexual abuse, or assault.,
