Torture Abolition and Survivors Support Coalition (TASSC)
Information Status
There are two Health and Wellness Support Groups. Safe Skills is a weekly group for survivors to learn techniques and practice healthy coping skills including meditation and mindfulness practices, movement therapy, and activities focusing on emotional safety for trauma survivors. Community of Healing is a monthly lunch activity that encourages social connections and artistic expression to support survivors as they recover and build community.
